Counselling related FAQs

MSAT(primary) 2025 counseling will be in online Mode only.

There would be following procedure

a. Main Counseling Registration

b. Exercising of Choices, indicative seats and submitting of choices

c. Payment of Rs. 10,000/- as counseling fees. (Amount is adjustable towards institution’s fees or refundable)

d. In 5 working days after submission of choices result will be published, candidates can download their admission receipt.

e. Reporting at the allotted College.

Online allotment process will start on date as mentioned in important dates of website: www.msatprimary.com

No. Online registration and choice filling can be done from place of convenience (including from home) using internet.

You will be required to fill up some of the information that you have given on your application form.

Candidates allotted seats will be required to join the allotted college/course within stipulated time from the date of allotment as mentioned in your admission receipt.

Since it is online allotment (Online Counseling) process, no documents will be required for participating in online allotment process.

Secondary / 12th Std. pass certificate and marks sheet / Grade card.

SC / ST / OBC / PH certificate (if applicable) from a competent authority.

Character certificate in original from the head of the Institution last attended Original).

Passport size photographs

Yes, even after generation of admission receipt name of allocated college can be changed.

You must have to clear the MSAT(Primary) Scholarship Examination.

Yes. It is Mandatory to appear for the MSAT (Primary) Counselling.

There will be only one round of counselling.

No. Only MSAT (Primary) Score Card is Enough.
